The St Helens Shared Care Record: What is it and how can it help you in your role?

This webinar will showcase how the St Helens Shared Care Record is making a difference to health and social care professionals and patients across Acute, Primary, Community, Mental Health and Social Care in St Helens.

We will explain what the St Helens Shared Care Record is, and how it already supports health and care staff to provide care to their service users, driving improvements in patient care and pathways.
